More than <\/span>a decade <\/span><\/a>of conflict has produced widespread displacement,<\/span> food insecurity,<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>deterioration of essential services.<\/span><\/a> Diplomatic engagement is therefore indispensable for negotiating access, coordinating actors, and preserving the operational space required for <\/span>assistance delivery<\/span><\/a>. In such contexts, humanitarian diplomacy functions as a mechanism for maintaining minimal stability where political settlement remains elusive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Humanitarian Principles under Pressure\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n Humanitarian diplomacy principles also create ethical trade-offs.
