This time we&apos;re zooming in on children education in remote areas. Together, we\u2019ll explore how multilateralism, local agency, and decolonising knowledge can help build more inclusive and just education systems. How can we elevate these voices and ensure that their needs are heard globally?<\/p><span id=&quot;docs-internal-guid-cac91ee7-7fff-30d3-1a75-a8fd4f588328&quot;><\/span><p>Education is an universal right but millions of children, particularly in remote and marginalised communities or living with disabilities, still face major barriers to accessing quality education. These challenges are often overlooked in global agendas, raising key questions about inclusion, representation, and local agency.<\/p><span id=&quot;docs-internal-guid-287ebd44-7fff-ef5b-8d99-031b95188d97&quot;><p>While international efforts promote universal goals, they can rely on standardised models that ignore diverse local realities. This event invites us to reflect: Who defines quality education? Whose voices are heard? And how can global cooperation truly support \u2014 rather than override \u2014 local solutions?<\/p><p>We&apos;re thrilled to welcome <strong>Kirstin Lange<\/strong>, Programme Specialist for Disability Inclusive Humanitarian Action at <strong>UNICEF<\/strong>, who will share insights on the challenges and opportunities in inclusive education. <strong>Andrew Cunningham<\/strong>, Global Lead for Education at the <strong>Aga Khan Foundation<\/strong>, who will offer insights from their programs and expertise in promoting inclusive, quality education in diverse and often remote settings. <strong>Rafael Huber<\/strong>, co-founder of <strong>Altai Blue Horizon<\/strong>, an NGO focused on enhancing educational opportunities in marginalised contexts, who will contribute to the discussion by highlighting the situation of nomadic children. <\/p><p style=&quot;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)&quot;>Together, we\u2019ll reflect on: <\/p><span id=&quot;docs-internal-guid-b425ff5f-7fff-64f2-6a9a-aef57b9f758f&quot;><ul><li>the lived experiences of children in nomadic and rural communities;<\/li><li>how international education models often overlook local realities<\/li><li>the role of multilateralism in supporting\u2014not overriding\u2014local agents<\/li><li>the urgent need to decolonise knowledge and diversify voices in global education<\/li><\/ul><\/span><p><br \/><\/p><p>Curious?
