La plateforme cr\u00e9e un processus participatif bottom-up, sans ancrage g\u00e9ographique, et permet ainsi \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau diversifi\u00e9 de penseur\u00b7euse\u00b7s de trouver des recettes cr\u00e9atives afin de r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis internationaux urgents.\u00a0<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le potentiel de l&rsquo;intelligence collective est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9velopper des solutions constructives en dehors des m\u00e9canismes politiques traditionnels. Dor\u00e9navant, les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es &#8211; allant des citoyen\u00b7ne\u00b7s aux expert\u00b7e\u00b7s &#8211; et les organisations pourront participer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de questions de politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/34.65.158.36\/openthinktanknetwork\/\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open Think Tank Network<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ainsi que d&rsquo;autres partenaires, nous pouvons \u00e9largir notre participation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle internationale.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les propositions de mesures concr\u00e8tes qui en r\u00e9sultent sont ensuite discut\u00e9es avec les d\u00e9cideur\u00b7euse\u00b7s de tous les secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, avec les id\u00e9es des participant\u00b7e\u00b7s, un impact cibl\u00e9. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un pas important vers le renforcement de la participation d\u00e9mocratique \u00e0 la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Policy Kitchen met \u00e0 la disposition d&rsquo;autres organisations, l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.getopensocial.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open Source Software<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, les connaissances collect\u00e9es, les m\u00e9thodes \u00e9prouv\u00e9es et les conseille dans la mise en \u0153uvre de processus participatifs. <\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis son lancement en septembre 2018, plus de 15 challenges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Plus de 1000 personnes de quatre continents diff\u00e9rents y ont particip\u00e9 et ont partag\u00e9 leurs id\u00e9es.<\/span>\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les highlights sont les suivants :<\/span>\n\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un challenge pilote sur la biodiversit\u00e9.
