Cécile studied political science in France and International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She has worked as a policy analyst and project manager in the public and private sectors and now works in the development sector. She is particularly interested in Swiss-EU relations and global health. She served on the foraus board from 2021 to 2024.
