After completing her studies in the field of communication, Raphaëlle chose to put her skills to work on issues that are important to her. With professional experiences at the WTO in Geneva and the EFTA in Brussels, she developed a particular interest in Switzerland’s role on the international stage, as well as in social innovation and political engagement. Her immersion in the private sector also allowed her to become aware of the challenges related to multicultural exchanges.

Her Master’s thesis on youth civic participation in French-speaking Switzerland demonstrates her desire to innovate and promote new forms of political engagement in Switzerland. Today, as a project and communication manager at foraus, Raphaëlle works to realize these ideals by working on initiatives aimed at strengthening civic participation and stimulating political dialogue.
