Building on the success of its inaugural edition, GenSouth returns in 2026 to assemble a new cohort of young professionals and researchers from Global South think tanks to Geneva – the heart of multilateralism. The programme offers a unique platform for emerging voices to engage directly with multilateral actors, exchange experiences, and co-develop policy proposals that reflect Global South perspectives.
In light of recent developments and emerging conflicts around the world, the need for inclusive, effective, and forward-looking multilateral solutions has never been more urgent. As global tensions rise, it is essential to bring diverse perspectives to the table and this, especially from regions that are often underrepresented in global decision-making.
