Rozadina is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public and political management at IDHEAP (University of Lausanne). During her bachelor’s degree, she had the opportunity to take part in an academic exchange program in Canada, which was a defining experience in her career. It allowed her to deepen her interest in issues related to migration, peace, and security, while developing academic and personal skills in an international context.
Building on this experience, she is now particularly interested in contemporary human rights issues and the interactions between public policy, civil society, and international dynamics. These themes are part of a broader reflection on how to promote dialogue, participation, and the circulation of ideas in the face of global challenges. Rozadina has been co-regional manager in Lausanne since January 2026.
