Aurèle Cotton is in charge of macroeconomic programs for SECO’s economic development cooperation. Previously, he worked for the Swiss National Bank in Zurich, the DFA at the Swiss Embassy in Washington and the United Nations Office in Geneva. Aurèle also holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from IHEID and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Political Science from the University of Lausanne. An active member of foraus since 2021, he was previously co-head of the Geneva regional group and has written and edited several major publications.
