Emilie Romon co-leads the Swiss office of Ashoka, the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs. Her role is to help them maximize their impact, and to empower others to become changemakers – citizens engaged in building a more sustainable and inclusive world. Prior to that, she worked for SECO and the OECD in Paris, where she managed and grew the OECD Global Network of Foundations Working for Development (netFWD) and co-founded the OECD Centre on Philanthropy. She holds an MA in Public Management and Policies and a BA in Political Science.
