Leonie Frischknecht

Co-Head Geneva

Leonie completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a specialisation in Law at the University of Geneva, during which she spent an exchange semester at the University of California Berkeley. She is currently completing this with a shortened Bachelor’s degree in Law. Leonie has a strong interest in international law, particularly international humanitarian law, human rights and international environmental law. She is also fascinated by the topics of conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and international cooperation in general. An internship at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna gave her an extraordinary insight into the world of multilateralism and its crises. In her free time, she learns new languages, enjoys good debates on current events, loves skiing and trying to discover and learn as much as possible about the world. Leonie has been Regional Co-Head in Geneva since September 2024.
