In summer 2022, Lhazen Chhiring completed her Bachelor’s in Business Psychology, with a major in Work and Organizational Psychology, at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Due to her developed passion for topics around humans in organizations, she decided to pursue further studies in this field. Currently, she is completing her Master of Science in Applied Psychology at University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. Through her work as an HR Business Partner, she is able to apply the knowledge she gained in theory to practical situations. Her primary professional motivation lies in improving working conditions for employees and the empowerment of their individual potentials. Outside of her career, she is dedicated to protecting and preserving the Tibetan language, culture, and religion. As a result, she volunteers as an elected board member in the Tibetan community of Wädenswil.
