Luca has been a Co-Head of regio Neuchâtel until dezember 2023

Originally from Neuchâtel, Luca did his studies in Geneva. He holds a Master’s degree in Asian Studies (in collaboration with the IHEID) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. During his academic career, Luca spent a year in Japan, at the University of Tokyo, in order to research Japanese environmental economic diplomacy for his thesis. Passionate about Japanese culture, Luca is amember ad interim of the Young Professionals Committee of the Swiss-Japanese Chamber of Commerce. His interest in diplomacy, international relations, foreign policy and the rapprochement of cultures led him to join foraus.
