Yannick Scheidegger has worked in the public and private sectors and in non-governmental non-governmental organisations, including the Green Climate Fund in the Office of Governance Affairs, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ). During his Master’s degree in European Global Studies at the University of Basel, he focussed on peace and conflict research. In 2018 Yannick Scheidegger took part in an excursion to Kyiv organised by the University of Bern to investigate the Euromaidan context in Ukraine. At GCSP, he works in the field of diplomatic dialogues with a focus on European security.
