Her background spans international organisations, diplomacy, and digital governance, including previous roles at the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington D.C and the International Telecommunication Union. She has also worked at the Swiss-African Business Circle, strengthening innovation and investment ties between Switzerland and the African continent. Sirine holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and Democracy, with research focused on the human rights implications of emerging technologies in border governance as well as a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
