Christophe Gösken is a researcher at the Center for Law & Economics of ETH Zurich. His research focuses on the intersection of new technologies, innovation and traditional legal definitions, in particular in the fields of intellectual property, big data and artificial intelligence. He holds a Bachelor and a Master of Law from the University of Fribourg (Freiburg i.Üe), as well as a Certificate from Georgetown’s Center for Transnational Legal Studies.
