Jack R. Williams is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the American University of Kurdistan. He received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Zurich and was a visiting researcher at Princeton University. His research focuses upon issues of territorial disputes, secession, conflict resolution and international diplomacy. He is the founder and current President of the Global Negotiation Conference.
