Matthieu Rochat is a jurist. He worked at the Swiss Embassy in Morocco, then in a law firm in Lausanne, before joining SECO for four years. Initially, he worked in the non-tariff measures department of the Specialized Foreign Trade Service and subsequently in the COVID-19 hardship aid department of the Economic Promotion Division. Since July 1, 2024, he is the Executive Director of the Switzerland-Tanzania Chamber of Commerce in Dar-es-Salaam.
