Wailea kept our foraus community in high spirits with her positive energy and was always eager to build bridges between the volunteers and their many innovative projects. Policy Kitchen Policy Kitchen served as a central tool and method to maximise the synergy potential. As part of the Policy Kitchen innovation team, she also managed multi-lingual innovation campaigns with a focus on participatory strategic foresight processes. Her multidisciplinary studies in France, Switzerland and the Netherlands (MSc Political Science; European External Relations) and her diverse work experiences have equipped her to combine and communicate insights from different disciplines. Before working as an Engagement Manager at the foraus office, she had already volunteered as Co-Head of the Europe Programme for foraus and contributed to several publications and blogs.
