Whether you are giving an interview, pitching an idea, or responding to critical questions, knowing how to communicate with journalists is a key skill to have in the foreign policy universe. ️ In this interactive skills-building workshop, you will learn how journalists think, what they need, and how to position yourself as a clear and credible source.

Through practical inputs from an experienced journalist and media trainer and hands-on exercises, you will develop tools to answer difficult questions concisely without falling into common traps. You will be able to implement these in a practical exercise and take home your very own media cheat-sheet for future interviews or tv and radio appearances. All of this with a sandwich break included.
