Shimona Mohan holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute. Commencing as a Graduate Professional in Gender and Disarmament at UNIDIR, she contributed to research on lethal autonomous weapons systems (LAWS) and the dynamics of peace and conflict in the MENA region. Her professional journey also included roles at the Ministry of External Affairs of India and NITI Aayog, the policy think tank of the Government of India. Shimonah's noteworthy publications encompass topics such as A.I. and its Military Implications (2022), Gender Perspectives on Arms Control and Disarmament (2021), and Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems and Existing Legal Frameworks (2021). Currently, she serves as an Associate Researcher in the Gender, Security & Technology division of UNIDIR.
Marie Ferri is currently pursuing her Master's degree in European Studies at the Global Studies Institute of the University of Geneva. Her research centers on gender equality, examining its implications at both domestic and European policy levels. Having completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Lausanne and the University of Sorbonne, she has also contributed as a freelancer to a regional newspaper.
