Dr. Alissa Palumbo Högger is a lecturer at the University of Basel. She studied Politics at Ithaca College (NY) and earned her JD at Pace Law School (NY). She wrote her PhD thesis on Sales Law in the United States, and is a New York Licensed attorney.
