Cenni Najy is a graduate of the College of Europe. He obtained a PhD from the University of Geneva in August 2019. His thesis focused on Bilateral Agreements I from an EU perspective. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Geneva (Global Studies Institute). His current teaching and research focuses on European integration. Cenni was senior policy fellow and responsible for the Europe Program of the forum from 2015 to 2019. He was board member and vice-president of foraus between 2019 and 2021.
