Debora Turuani is passionate about international relations and development cooperation, with a primary interest in sustainable development and human rights. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Neuchâtel and a Master’s degree in International Development at the University of Bristol. Her professional experience includes working for NGOs in Greece, Serbia, and Switzerland in the field of migration, as well as a one-year academic internship at the Swiss Embassy in Peru, where among various topics, she mainly focused on Business & Human Rights, Dealing with the Past, and Media Freedom. She joined foraus in April 2024.
