After studying International Relations at the University of Geneva, including an exchange semester at the American University in Cairo, Elia completed an internship at the Swiss Mission to the EU. It was there that he discovered his passion for the topic of the relations between Switzerland and the EU. Elia is now studying Comparative and International Studies in the Master’s programme at the ETH Zurich and, next to his studies, he works for the Année Politique Suisse project at the University of Bern. Elia was a member of the Blog Team from November 2021 until February 2023
