Felicitas has an MSc in Political Economy of Violence, Conflict and Development from the SOAS University of London. During her engagement as a review board member she was working at the NADEL Center for Development and Cooperation at ETH Zürich, where she conducted research on extractive industries politics. She also coordinated a course for activists, journalists, civil society organisations, public and private sector practitioners on policies and practice in Natural Resource Governance and the Energy Transition with the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI). Felicitas had been an active member of foraus for a long time before that already.
