Frédéric studied electrical engineering at EPFL where he obtained a PhD in 2019. He is currently working at :elblox, a start-up that aims to ease the energy transition. In addition to the topic of energy, he is also interested in relations between Switzerland and the EU. In July 2018, he published a study within the GLP-lab in which he proposed concrete solutions for the reform of the accompanying measures for the free movement of persons (8-day rule).
