Following an exchange year in New Zealand, Lia Gerber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Political Studies at the University of Lucerne. An internship in the field of nuclear safety and security at a multilateral level encouraged her to pursue a Master’s degree in International and Development Studies, specialising in Conflict, Peace and Security, at the Geneva Graduate Institute. She now works in the Swiss Public Affairs Team at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, at the interface between international issues and Swiss priorities. She is particularly interested in dialogue, multilateral cooperation and their contribution to tackling global challenges.
