Matthias Rast has been co-head of the International Law Program since 2018. He studied International Relations at the University of Geneva and International Law at the University of Leiden. Since 2016 he has worked at the UN-Yugoslavia Tribunal (ICTY) and in various functions for the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
