Michael Settelen is a Senior Consultant at China Macro Group (CMG), a European business consultancy specialising in China issues. His work includes China’s economic and industrial policies and their implications for foreign companies. Before that, he reported on economic policy issues for the NZZ as business editor for Asia. In 2017, Michael Settelen helped to establish the Asia Programme Group of foraus as co-leader.
