Simon Rochat holds a Master’s degree from the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration at the University of Lausanne. Following an academic internship at the Swiss Embassy in Cameroon and a year as a United Nations Volunteer with the United Nations Development Programme in Bangladesh, he is currently working with the internal events organization team at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva. Convinced of the crucial role that Switzerland plays — and can further play — in international relations, he hopes to see the country stand out on the global stage.
