An innovative and collaborative vision for multilateralism emerges from the Global South. Following a workshop organised by foraus and supported by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, 14 young researchers affiliated with leading think tanks from eight Global South countries have released an ambitious Policy Brief. This document provides forward-looking and actionable recommendations to reimagine international cooperation.
A unique perspective from Global South thought leadersThe authors, hailing from South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Senegal, represent the collective voice of the global majority. Selected as part of the GenSouth programme in early 2024, these experts convened in Geneva on 2–3 December 2024 to craft innovative ideas for the multilateralism of tomorrow.
