Lena holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and is currently finishing her Masters Degree in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems at the Zürcher Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW). Working as a Food Consultant for one of the most well-known culinary brands in Switzerland, she influences what food choices are made. Lena’s aim is to further explore her passion for nutrition and support the transition towards a regenerative food system.
