Livio Bucher studied International Relations (B.A.) at the University of Geneva and studied law in St. Gallen, Hamburg, Zurich and Hong Kong (LL.M.). He is a federally certified tax expert and has been working for several years in tax consulting with a focus on international tax law. From 2019 to 2024, he served on the foraus board, overseeing the finance division.
