Livio Bucher hat Internationale Beziehungen (B.A.) an der Universität Genf und Rechtswissenschaften in St. Gallen, Hamburg, Zürich und Hong Kong (LL.M.) studiert. Er ist eidg. dipl. Steuerexperte und arbeitet seit mehreren Jahren in der Steuerberatung mit Fokus auf Internationales Steuerrecht. Im Vorstand von foraus ist er für das Ressort «Finanzen» zuständig.
