Hong has a Finance and Banking background from her Bachelor’s, however, currently joining a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in People Development and Organisation at the Hochschule Luzern. Hong comes from Vietnam, a developing country in Asia, and was raised in two contradicting cultures in terms of educational level, gender bias, and values. Growing up in developing and culture-diverse environments gave Hong a mind of thinking opened and defined her life against the social stereotype. Currently studying in Switzerland to receive one of the most developed education, Hong aims to bring knowledge back to her country and contribute to any social issue related to inequality, especially in terms of gender and generation.
