foraus and Proberaum Zukunft are collaborating to showcase future challenges in Swiss foreign policy in a unique setting. Following a successful first edition in Bern (spring 2025), the next edition will take place in the fall of 2026 at Basel City Hall.

GenSouth is a program for young experts from think tanks in countries of the Global South to meet together in International Geneva, engage in insightful discussions, and develop their ideas for the future of the multilateral system.

Vitamin f opens access to Swiss foreign policy for young people — regardless of their background or connections. It offers skills workshops, career events, coaching and school visits across all language regions, coordinated from Bern, the centre of Swiss foreign policy. And it’s more than attending: volunteers organise events, publish their own writing, and mentor younger participants.

Unmute! supports young changemakers in enhancing  their skills in political engagement and using them effectively. They learn how great the influence of foreign policy is on their everyday lives. This realisation encourages them to express political recommendations and ideas.

Since 2020, foraus has organised events on current foreign policy topics in cooperation with the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
